This scene was modeled in Maya and was textured using both Photoshop and Substance Painter. The inspiration for this scene was a small street in New York, filled with boutiques and eateries. Ideally, the street should branch off with more buildings. Might be a project idea for the future.
The Unity build features two identical street models to get a view from both sides. Using volumetric lighting and different sky boxes, each screenshot has a different mood and feel.
